"I ordered a resistance band and I got some gloves delivered instead. When I asked for a refund/exchange, I was asked to drop the product at the drop off point during Covis 19 lockdown. Absolutely horrendous service from daraz I'm sorry to say. If you delivered the wrong product it is your responsibility to pick it from my home, not mine. Shameful service."
