"It is very close to the originals. Might be the originals I am not sure because it has been a long time since I had my Q30s. But can confirm it has memory foam and the material is similar if not the same. Sound quality is almost like the originals and bass improves back to Original level . Compared to my old earpads I'd say there's a 50-70% bass improvement. Sound quality is still great even on low volume like the originals."
