"১. ওয়াশিং মেশিনের সামনে একটা স্কার্চ আছে, হয়ত ডেলিভারির সময় সেইটা পরেছে। ২. TV Hut থেকে কোন সাপোর্ট ত দূরের কথা, মিনিমাম ইনফোরমেশন পাওয়া যাবেনা (শুধু প্রডাক্ট ছাড়া), এমন বিষয়টা মাথায় রেখে অডার করা উচিত। মেশিন স্পিনিং এর সময় একটু অতিরিক্ত সাউন্ড মনে হওয়ায় তাদের অফিশিয়াল whats*App এ ভিডিও দিয়ে জাস্ট জানতে চেয়েছিলাম এইটা কি স্বাভাবিক সাউন্ড নাকি কোন সমস্যা, সেইটা পর্যন্ত তারা রিপ্লে দেওয়ার প্রয়োজন মনে করেনি!! ৩. হায়ার কতটা দক্ষ মানুষ দিয়ে সাপোর্ট দেয় সেইটা সন্ধেহ আছে। যেই লোক (টেকনেশিয়ান) মেশিন ইনিস্টেল করতে এসেছিলো সে মেশিনের সাপোর্ট নাট গুলা খুবই রাফ ভাবে বারি দিয়ে দিয়ে খুলতেছিলো। প্রডাক্টের প্রতি কোন প্রকার যন্ত দেখায়নি। সব গুলা নাট বাকিয়ে ফেলছে। আর মেশিন সম্পর্কে বা ফাংশনালিটি সম্পর্কে যেই বিষয় গুলা জানতে চেয়েছিলাম সেইগুলাও সঠিভ ভাবে বলতে পারেনি। কোন অপশনে কি কাজ সেইটাও বলেনি। টেকনেশিয়ানকে জিজ্ঞাস করেছিলাম কোন মোডে কি কাপড় দিবো। সে বলে যেই কোন এক মোড দিলেই হবে। ফিল্টার কিভাবে পরিস্কার করবো, সেইটাও দেখায়নি। ইউটিউব দেখে এইগুলা আয়ত্ত "
