"I ordered 5 pieces, but I received only 1 piece. I spoke to the delivery man, but he said he couldn’t help and asked me to contact the seller. Then I contacted Daraz Customer Care, and they told me that without an unboxing video they cannot take any action. After that, I messaged the seller through Daraz, but instead of a real person, the AI bot kept replying. When I requested to speak with a live agent, it said it was connecting me — but no one responded. Overall, both the seller’s response and Daraz Customer Care’s handling of the issue have been very disappointing."
