"Fit perfectly on my QC35IIs. Looks and feels good. I used a Philips screwdriver to remove the screws and plastic casing that clamp each end of the headband in place. The screws were really tiny, so I stuck them to a piece of tape to keep them safe while I worked. I carefully cut the old headband off from end to end with scissors (being very careful not to cut the wire that links both sides of the headphones!). The old headband had several layers and pieces, which I removed and threw away. There were two clear plastic pieces glued onto the metal frame that also had to go because they block the new headband from clipping on. With the old parts removed the new headband is just two pieces that clip together through the frame. I made sure it was even and properly centered before screwing the casing pieces back on again."
