"Absolutely horrible quality. The shape of the pillow is completely wrong than that shown in the picture. the two arms that wrap your neck are too thin. I have been using neck pillows for the past 6 years and even the very local poorly made ones that you can get for half the price had thicker memory foam and overall build quality. The headrest shape was not comfortable at all and even if I overlook it considering it was supposed to be "ergonomic", it doesn't match the pictures shown in their page at all. Very misleading and false advertisement. Never buying from them again. Scammers."
